01 / OVERVIEW & CONTEXT

A browser-based training lab that simulates high-traffic server outages. Engineers diagnose traffic spikes, configure rate limiters, and inspect logs under simulated stress.

02 / PROBLEM STATEMENT

Most software developers only learn how to debug production outages when something is actually burning in production at 3 AM.

03 / ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION

Built an interactive outage sandbox with simulated traffic graphs, error logs, and mitigation buttons (like rate limiting, cache warming, and replica scaling) to practice incident triage.

04 / KEY FEATURES & SYSTEM CAPABILITIES
01.

Realistic incident scenarios including database lockups, traffic surges, and cache misses

02.

Interactive controls to adjust rate limiters, add server replicas, and warm caches

03.

Simulated telemetry showing latency, CPU usage, error rate, and queue sizes

04.

Post-incident breakdown scoring how quickly you stabilized the system

someday, a million rps.

Zero dropped packets, sub-millisecond p99 latency, and resilient architectures engineered backwards from failure cases. Building deterministic distributed systems that handle internet scale without flinching.

see you in production ✌️
