FIG. 01 : WEDDINGINVITECLICK TO INSPECT
01 / OVERVIEW & CONTEXT

A digital invitation and RSVP coordination application tailored for Indian weddings. Leverages WhatsApp Click-to-Chat deep links for frictionless distribution, tracking multi-event headcounts and dietary numbers without transactional SMS overhead.

02 / PROBLEM STATEMENT

Multi-event celebrations (Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, Reception) involving hundreds of guests across family chat groups lead to inaccurate headcounts, uncoordinated catering orders, and high per-SMS gateway costs.

03 / ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION

Constructed a responsive web application that generates personalized WhatsApp Click-to-Chat URLs with pre-formatted RSVP payloads. Centralized guest responses into an atomic database layer, providing real-time multi-event headcount dashboards and structured CSV exports for catering logistics.

Frictionless guest dispatch via automated WhatsApp Click-to-Chat payload URLs with zero SMS gateway costs
