01 / OVERVIEW & CONTEXT

An interactive cultural web application featuring a physics-driven matchstick ignition mechanic and a communal wall of wishes. Renders real-time flickering flame dynamics and spatial particle systems smoothly across mobile viewports.

02 / PROBLEM STATEMENT

Standard festive greeting pages rely on static imagery or heavy pre-rendered videos that load sluggishly on constrained mobile connections.

03 / ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION

Built an interactive touch-and-drag matchstick ignition flow using HTML5 Canvas and procedural particle physics. Optimized rendering loops with requestAnimationFrame and off-screen canvas buffers, ensuring fluid flame luminescence and persistent wish feeds with minimal memory overhead.

04 / KEY FEATURES & SYSTEM CAPABILITIES
01.

Interactive touch-and-drag matchstick strike detection with responsive friction particle sparks

02.

Procedural flame particle emitter rendering flickering candle luminescence

03.

Communal blessing stream syncing user wishes across an infinite spatial grid

04.

Targeted deep-link routing allowing recipients to view their specific personalized diya
